Order Processing

All products from The Humble Barn Clothing Co. are made to order.

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after processing is complete and vary by destination.

Canada: 3–8 business days
United States: 3–8 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item type, quantity, and shipping destination.

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before checkout is completed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Canada may be subject to applicable taxes at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for items marked as not delivered.

Include your order number and photos where applicable so we can review and assist.
