Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Items
All products from The Humble Barn Clothing Co. are made to order.
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or color selection when the order was placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the size or color selected at checkout, we’ll take care of it.
To report an issue, please use the “Report a problem” link included in your order confirmation or delivery email. This allows the issue to be reviewed quickly and resolved efficiently.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for items that were not delivered, and must include clear photos showing the issue where applicable. Once approved, a free reprint or refund will be issued.
You are not required to return the defective item.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds or replacements are issued to the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
